Our team brings more than 100 years of combined clinical experience to every patient interaction. That depth of knowledge shows up in every cleaning, every exam, every procedure. It means our hygienists have seen it all, our assistants anticipate needs before they arise, and our front office staff can navigate insurance questions and scheduling challenges without missing a beat. Experience like that is hard to put a number on, but patients feel it the moment they walk through the door.
A Team That Lives Here
One of the things we’re most proud of — and something our patients notice and appreciate — is that every single member of our team lives and works in the Parsons community. We’re not a practice staffed by people who drive in from out of town. We shop at the same stores, attend the same events, and send our kids to the same schools as the patients we serve. That connection matters to us, and we believe it shows in the care we provide.

Clinical Team
Our clinical team is built around depth and consistency. We have five registered dental hygienists on staff, which gives us the scheduling flexibility to see patients efficiently and consistently — without the long waits that can come with understaffed practices. Our three dental assistants work closely alongside Dr. Ebersole to keep procedures running smoothly and to ensure every patient’s experience is as comfortable as possible.
Several members of our clinical team have been with the practice for the entirety of their careers. That kind of longevity speaks to the environment Dr. Ebersole has built — one where team members feel valued, respected, and supported in doing their best work. It also means patients get the benefit of consistent care from familiar faces, year after year.
Front Office Team
Our four front office staff members are the first voices you hear when you call and the first faces you see when you arrive. They handle scheduling, insurance verification and filing, billing questions, and the dozen other details that make a dental visit go smoothly. They are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to making every interaction a positive one.
